Full 2 Year Warranty On The 6SST Masterpiece Pro Hair Dryer

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the Masterpiece Pro Hair Dryer, with the exceptions stated below for two full years from the date of purchase. You MUST register your hair dryer within 30 days of purchase to be covered by the 6th Sense warranty. You must also retain proof of purchase. We can help if you lose proof of purchase. Email us at al@sixsst.com for instructions.

This warranty does not cover fading, wear or discoloration caused by normal use. NOTE: The warranty does not cover damage to dryer parts (such as housing or dryer filter cover) as a result of dropping the dryer. Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood or electrical malfunction or fire in your home or salon) is not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty

6th Sense will repair any hair dryer that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, 6th Sense will either replace your dryer with one of similar composition and price at the discretion of 6th Sense.

How Do You Get Service? In order to be eligible for service under the 2 year warranty you MUST register you dryer, here, on the warranty registration page of our website (www.sixsst.com/warranty-registration) within 30 days of purchasing the hair dryer.

If something goes wrong with your dryer, see below instructions on where to ship.

Year 1: Mail a check payable to “Groom It” in the amount of $25 per dryer. YOU MUST INCLUDE PROOF OF PURCHASE (Amazon receipt or www.sixsst.com receipt). If you are without proof of purchase, contact al@sixsst.com and we will assist you. We will have to have details to search our Amazon records to locate your purchase. (Individuals in Alaska and Hawaii include $35 – includes UPS insured return.)

Full 1 Year Warranty On The 6SST FH-1/FH-1RD Styler

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the FH-1/FH-1RD Styler, with the exceptions stated below for one full year from the date of purchase. You MUST register your styler here with the serial number imprinted on the hologram sticker on the FH-1, within 30 days of purchase to be covered by the 6th Sense warranty.

This warranty does not cover fading, wear or discoloration caused by normal use. NOTE: The warranty does not cover damage in the power cord resulting from wrapping the cord around the styler. The cord should not be wrapped around the styler, but coiled and inserted in the pouch in the carry case. Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood or electrical malfunction or fire in your home or salon) is not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. It also does not cover the free bonus mini styler or heat resistant carrying case.

6th Sense will repair any styler that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, 6th Sense will either replace your styler with new styler of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your styler, whichever you prefer.

4 Year Limited Warranty on 6SST FH-1/FH-1RD Styler Heating Element

The heating element – meaning, the electrical chain from the cord, to the ceramic heating plates, including the digital temperature control and lights and also the hinge mechanism that opens and closes the styler.

We warrant that these parts will work for 4 years.

Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood or electrical malfunction or fire in your home or salon) is not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

NOTE: The warranty does not cover damage in the power cord resulting from wrapping the cord around the styler. The cord should not be wrapped around the styler, but coiled and inserted in the pouch in the carry case.

How Do You Get Service? In order to be eligible for service under the 1 and 4 year warranty you MUST register you styler, here, on the warranty registration page of our website (www.sixsst.com/warranty-registration) within 30 days of purchasing the styler.

If something goes wrong with your styler, contact 6th Sense at al@sixsst.com and we will indicate where to ship your styler. You will then ship the styler to the indicated address at your cost.

We will inspect your iron and contact you with the information that your styler qualifies per the above criteria for the warranty. 6th Sense will repair any styler that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, 6th Sense will either replace your styler with new styler of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your styler, at our discretion.
